Cook Curry Chicken - 3rd Time! for my buddies!

I took up another challenge. I invited my buddies to my house for a weekend gathering and I cooked my curry chicken for them served with nasi lemak and some beers! They didn't believe that I can cook Curry Chicken (hey, do you agree curry chicken is hard to master?) that can really eat. They wanted to see how I manage to cook a good curry chicken that can be served on the table. I reached home at 7.00pm and finished cooking at 8.45pm. HAHAHAH.. they liked very much and they said "Boy, you can really can cook curry chicken wor". Boy is my nick name. After dinner we were playing Winning Eleven 2011 on PS3 and we finished the night with yum char at BRJ. I'm going to try again for coming gathering with ex-synovate colleagues.

Chatime in Sunway Kota Damansara

Since the last time I had my 1st Chatime in Midvalley I felt in love with it. I was having meeting in Sunway Kota Damansara and I passed by the Chatime without thinking twice I stopped and headed down to get my red bean milk tea! Yummy.... it was nice to have it when under a sun. Started to realise that Chatime next franchise strategy is to open at shop lots! Good move and it will be very successful. Secret Recipe - My mum's sambal recipe for all spicy foods

3 months ago just before my mum went back to Melbourne I asked my mum to teach me how to make the sambal that can cook the curry chicken and other spicy foods. I finally get my mum to teach me. She brought me to choose the ingredients - the right ingredients. We got in NSK supermarket, in fact a lot of things are very cheap compare to market at our neighbouring market. Remember guys start check out at NSK supermarket ya. Major ingredients are dried chilis, chilis boh, onions, red chilis, garlics, blender. Blend it! Cook it with oil and chilis leaves. Is that everything? I hope i didn't miss anything. YEAH!!! I know how to make already.

Empty Road on Bersih Day

I was in Jalan Bangsar heading to Jalan Telawi 2 to get my sister contact lenses for my mum to bring it to Melbourne. Route to Mid Valley was closed so I diverted to Federal Highway connect to Jalan Bangsar. It was empty! maybe just less than 5 cars...

Cooked Curry Chicken - My 2nd Time

I want to back dated some of the event and this is one of the story. Since my mum taught me to cook curry chicken (one of the her specialty) this was the 2nd time for me to cook by my own.. hehehe. Bravo right? I bought a kampong Chicken from market in Happy Garden - RM 21, Potatoes - RM 4, Coconut Milk - RM 3.5 = total RM 28.50. I found out the chicken was expensive compare to NSK (hehehe)  I can't share the recipe here so sorry. I will master this curry chicken and start teaching... hehehe. I shared with my best friend's family and his confinement lady. HAHAHA... Even the confinement lady asked me how to cook and asked me to teach her. I humbly said.. CANNOT. hehe.
